This was the first time I have ever bought a house on my own, especially a brand new build. The experience was awesome and so easy. The team at Agile homes are amazing, helpful and transparent ... from the beginning with meeting Michele while looking at the model home, email exchanges with Jay with all my questions, to meeting with Craig and Anna for final design, and ending with Brad giving me the orientation of the house and assuring me that he is here for any questions. I have a friend here who is in construction and watched the build...he can be very critical but has been totally impressed with the quality of the workmanship on the house. I started this process in June 2019 and in April 2020 I am now a very proud owner of a new Agile home in Emmett, Idaho. Yay!!!

Jay met with me on a Sunday afternoon to go over the details, and he was amazing. The home was completed right on schedule, and Brad was a terrific project manager. I got to choose all the finishes that I've always dreamed about.
My house was ready, but my lender and the appraisal were a little behind. I was feeling a little stressed, but somehow Michelle from Agile and Teri from Alliance convinced my lender to wrap it up, and I closed on October 4th.
